Working in this interdisciplinary way creates the grounding for approaches that support people in open, expansive ways. My offer to you, and to the wider world, is connection - a place to find joy in shared moments, whether through collaborative making or in encountering something in my art that resonates deeply. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach here; instead, there is room to grow, to explore, or to find a community that feels supportive and genuine.

My interdisciplinary approach helps me connect with people and use my own understanding and passions to spark creative expression. I aim to support the development of meaningful skills in a grounded, encouraging environment where people can explore ideas at a pace that feels right for them.

The Vision for Studio | Paul Liptrot

In the same way that my making is iterative, the Studio will evolve in response to interactions and new learning. Each moment of connection offers fuel for developing my practice, refining my art and making, and finding improved ways of supporting growth in others.

The Studio has been created to grow in response to external stimuli across its three strands. It is not a complete entity, it is a framework designed to expand as I learn, explore, and externalise my practice.

The Studio is a welcoming, supportive environment - a place where pushing boundaries and simply finding room to create are equally valued. It will evolve with the people I work with, adjusting to meet the needs of those in the room. Each interaction offers insights that shape my own development and refine my creative offer. I’m a firm believer in continual development, and I hope this is felt by those I work alongside.
